Event Description:
As Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band prepare to perform at Rochester’s Blue Cross Arena, the Genesee Brew House is hosting an event, “The Glory Days Party,” to get everyone pumped up for the show while also helping Foodlink collect canned goods.
To take advantage of drink specials and be entered to win a pair of concert tickets, guests are asked to bring a canned good or monetary donation for Foodlink.
The pre-concert party will include plenty of Springsteen music, as well as a nostalgic “Bruce” atmosphere. Party-goers can also win a pair of concert tickets by donning their best ripped jeans and bandanas to “Dress like Bruce.” The Genesee Brew House is hosting this party in honor of Bruce coming to Rochester because there is a connection between a Springsteen song and the Genesee Beer brand. A fan noticed a Genesee neon light in the background of the Glory Days music video and The Genesee Brewery has since considered it an unofficial anthem for the Genesee Beer.
